"The folks at Renee Neff State Farm in Clay, NY are lovely individuals who actually care for the folks they work with to insure. Not only are they knowledgeable, but they are very pleasant and their interactions feel genuine. Today I interacted with Tom Paronett, who was very helpful in answering our questions, and he was very personable and honest for the duration of our meeting. Renee as always was good to see as well. Ericka (sorry if i misspelled your name) was also very kind at the reception desk, and she went out of her way to get us in to speak to someone as we were leaving to come back at two. Tom and Renee were both with clients at the time and we had walked in on a whim ahead of our appointment to reschedule and it just worked out that Tom had an opening and we were able to see him. Renee also made it a point to say hey and check on us when she had free time, which was cool. They’re clearly all very busy and that’s good to see in a business cause it means things are going well, and candidly, I’m reminded of why I stick with them because despite their busy schedules, I felt I was genuinely cared for. Nothing but good things. Thank you again Tom, and further thank you again Renee and Ericka for your time today. Looking forward to the next visit! Also, anecdotally, the interior decorating of the office is lovely—great job."
